Express pleasure
Tortazza is an extremely easy and quick recipe to make. To be honest, I tried to make it twice before I found the right amount – the first time I put in too much mixture and the cake overflowed like there was no tomorrow, creating a total disaster.
The second time, however, it came out great. My advice is to use a large enough cup to avoid this inconvenience. If you don’t have such a big cup, I suggest you divide the mixture into two cups, so that you get slightly smaller cakes, but still delicious to enjoy in double portions!
I added a few chocolate chips before putting them in the microwave to make them even more delicious. To make it even more delicious, add a scoop of ice cream on top so that it melts and moistens the cake. This is a highly recommended addition! For a chocolate-free version, just leave out the Nutella, but I still recommend adding chocolate chips to make it even more delicious.
Very often we are faced with food allergies or intolerances, and I recently discovered that I am intolerant to eggs. So I have made a delicious version for myself.
To make the egg-free mug cake, mix one tablespoon of flour and one tablespoon of sugar in a bowl. Then add 6 tablespoons of milk and, if you like, vanilla and chocolate chips. Those with a sweet tooth can add a tablespoon of Nutella. Pour into a cup and microwave for 2 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 spoonful of milk
- 1 tablespoon of Nutella
- Touch of vanilla
Directions
- Put the flour, sugar, egg, milk, Nutella and vanilla into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a large cup and microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts, then enjoy this express treat.
Notes
- Let’s add a few drops of chocolate to make it even more delicious.
