Cucina con Passione is not a ‘traditional’ recipe blog. Cucina con Passione is my recipe book; it is the recipes that I experiment with and create for myself, but which I write down for myself because I might forget them. But I am also writing it for people who love cooking as much as I do, for people who like to experiment and who are not limited by their heads.
