Scrambled Breakfast is the title I wanted to give to this fantastic recipe; scrambled eggs, usually accompanied by crispy bacon and toasted bread, are the essential ingredients of an English breakfast. I make it very often, but without the butter when I am on a diet. This dish is very easy to make, but few people know that there is a second variation of the recipe, the bain-marie version, which makes our eggs uniquely creamy. I have also prepared a short video for this recipe, which you can find on my YouTube channel, in which I show you the steps we have to take to achieve this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 30g butter
- Salt Q.B.
- Black pepper Q.B.
- Milk (optional)
- 2 slices of homemade bread
- Bacon (optional)
How to make it
- This recipe is really very easy and quick to make. First, take a plate and break four eggs, beat them with a fork for about 1-2 minutes, then add a pinch of salt. Bake two slices of bread in a ventilated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
- Take a frying pan, put 20g of butter in it and melt it slowly. When the butter has melted, pour the eggs into the pan and do not touch them for about 1 minute, then start to scramble them with the help of a pot licker and turn them without any criteria for about 1-2 minutes.
- Now turn off the heat, add the rest of the butter and stir again until the butter has melted and that’s it, it’s time to serve these fabulous scrambled eggs and all you have to do is serve this delicacy on two slices of bread!
Tip:
To make them even more delicious, you can add any kind of cheese or herbs.
